I had been doing research on camper trailers for about three months, so I had a good idea of what I wanted. I was after a heavy duty camper trailer with independent suspension, water tank, deep cycle battery, capacity to carry my dingy and easy to set up. Camping World Albany sold what I was after - Albany Campers Xplorer Camper Trailer. The camper is a pleasure to tow, with the patented independent suspension and treg hitch and has withstood everything the heavens have thrown at it. The team at Camping World Albany have been extremely helpful with that purchase and others, including a 74L National Luna fridge and Magellan Crossover GPS. All campers have patented ELIMINATOR Independant Coil Suspension which allows the camper to go wherever your 4WD can, whatever the conditions OFF the road. Plus, the campers are balanced between strength and weight to follow your 4WD anywhere. Heavy duty chasis are fabricated from 50mm Duragal RHS and the bodies are fabricated from 1.6mm to 2.0mm galvanised steel.No black steel is used in theconstruction.

Quality design and construction
The lift up gas strut top allows easy access and the top. The cover is zipped and velcroed to keep bedding dust free. All tool boxes and drawers are dust sealed with pinch weld rubber, and we use Duraproof 12 double welt 12oz canvas on all our campers. The free standing, 3 leg awning is standard and comes with a zip on fly screen wall.
